About rene Bourgeois :
Hätte unsere geschätzte Erde eine Umlaufbahn und Neigung die den subjektiven Tag um einiges verlängert, wäre René Bourgeois einer der ersten um die zur Verfügung stehende Zeit sich zu nutze zu machen.

Der in Dresden geborene Musikästhet ist umtriebig wie kaum ein anderer und eines steht fest, seine Gene stammen nicht von diesem Sonnensystem. Schon als blutjunger Teenager lauschte er den Geheimnissen von 16Bit, Art of Noise, Off oder Yello nach. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt befand sich René bereits im Kosmos der Hauptstadt.

Der Umzug nach Chaos-City, wie viele die Hauptstadt zu nennen Wissen, war ausschlaggebend für seine kommende musikalische Entwicklung. Wäre da nicht seine einstigste Schwester im gediegenen Elternhaus, wäre er heute womöglich Tierpsychologe für verwahrloste Hunde mit pinkfarbenen Fellansätzen.

Doch es sollte anders kommen. Von seiner Schwester unterstützt, sammelte der Ostberliner seine Vorlieben auf Kassette und Schallplatte. Seiner Zeit waren diese beiden Arten Luxusgüter im grauen Sozialismus. So sammelte er akribisch Musik die seine Synapsen stimulierten und lauschte den kultivierten Klängen der Radiosender.

Mit seinem Schulfreund Daniel Steinberg, eröffneten beide ein Schulradio, wo die gesammelten Werke zum Einsatz kamen. Wen wundert es da, dass selbst Daniel Steinberg, auch bekannt als Harry Axt, eine Ruhmreiche DJ-Karriere in die Wiege gelegt wurde.

Als später die große Wiedervereinigung eingeläutet wurde, zog es René in die ersten Berliner Clubstätten. Schon kurze Zeit später, als der Kulturschock Techno ausgerufen wurde, fand auch er sich rasch hinter den Plattentellern wieder. In dieser Zeit lernte er neue Freunde schätzen.

Sascha Braemer-Hirtenfellner ist einer von diesen Kreativ-Produzenten die er Mitte der 90er als Freund kennen lernte. Erste gemeinsame Projekte wurden aus dem Boden gestampft, gemeinsame Musikproduktionen folgten schnell.

Leidenschaftlich verfolgte René Bourgeois seine Musik bis zum Jahre 2003, wo sich ein weiters Kapitel öffnen sollte. Weiter an der Tagesordnung standen Videoproduktionen und selbst als Kameramann erntete sein Geist große Anerkennung.

Ende 2008 landete er seinen bis dahin wohl größten Erfolg als Produzent. Seine Label-Familie heißt SUPDUB und sein Erfolgs-Titel trägt den Namen „4myRecordz“. Mit diesem Wurf kam sein großer internationaler Durchbruch auf der Showbühne, wo er selbst als DJ immer bestrebt ist mehr als 100 % zu geben und seine Leidenschaft und Dankbarkeit zum Ausdruck gibt.

Was heute hinter ihn liegt, sind mehr als 20 Jahre Fanatismus zur elektronischen Musik und ein Tagebuch mit unendlich vielen Kapiteln.
