This may seem trivial to you but, please check if you can hear any sound on your computer. Check to see if the speakers and/or the amplifier are adjusted correctly. Check the audio controller of your computer or anything else you use for listening to decent music: is it all turned on?
Then please have a look if the recording started to play at all and the wave form loaded correctly.
If it doesn't play at all after clicking the PLAY button, we advise you to download the latest version of the flash player

It still doesn't work? Please visit other audio- or videostreaming websites like
www.youtube.com, maybe the connection speed of your internet access is too low or your firewall or the firewall of your company network blocks all audio- and/or video-streaming.
All measures failed? Thanks a lot (for your patience :) now we really need an email from you, in which you add the following information:
- your operating system of your computer
- the browser, you use and the browser version
- the version of your flash player
