Getting Wacker & Zittrich to leave the studio is not easy to do. The two sound workers love to sample every-day sounds and work on them for days on end in the studio. They modify these sounds beyond recognition and create danceable monsters. Their first two tracks “Consumenta” and “Bladfum” are about to be released on meerestief. Wacker & Zittrich are Thilo Wacker and Jörg Zittrich. Both have a lot of experience in the studio and were able to inspire the public with numerous projects (casseopaya, n-son-x, etc.). Their DJ set is a innovative piece of art. By combining it with their special technical equipment it gets that individual touch. Coordinated hardware and vinyls transform the DJ stand into a fully functional mixing studio. This new technology allows them to intuitively adapt the vinyl tracks to the atmosphere of the evening by adding effects and loops or remixing.
