The Fix and Yeah:No Recordings are an underground electronica act and label project set up by close allies Nick Crombie and Steve Young. The rebellious pair met while working for highly respected independent dance labels. Nick was product manager for Azuli Records and Steve was label manager for Z Records.
They instantly discovered a shared passion for music, creativity, independence and hard work. The elusive duo decided to embark on a journey with the view firmly fixed on inspiring each other`s artistic natures while maintaining a control over the output of their ideas. The fledgling union proved an instant success with their very first release receiving absolute respect across the board.
After only a year they have produced and released eight tracks as The Fix and managed to squeeze in a couple of remixes for other labels, testimony to their drive and creative depth.
2008 is set to see further progression for The Fix with their quirky super cool productions, DJ sets and live shows. Show less
