Grown up in a small university town in Germany, Radanović`s first in depth experience with music started at the age of ten by learning how to play the classical and later on rock guitar for about eight years. This established some kind of professional feeling and knowledge about tunes, rhythms, melodies and how to use them. Around the early 90th, he was influenced by a group of techno dj´s who were formerly known as “family of love”. Later on, these guys were part of the remarkable “U.site” team which themselves laid the ground for an astonishing festival, which nowadays is commonly known as “Fusion”. After a bike crash in 1993, Radanović received some insurance cash and that was the turning point. He replaced his guitars against a new instrument consisting of two turntables and a mixer. Radanović first began scratching and mixing all kinds of music in order to check the big picture of turntablism. Although he already had stage experience through his former guitar career, it took him years of training perfect mixing at home, before he finally was confident enough to play first shows in electronic music. Until now, he played more than 150 shows. Several residencies in clubs and bars helped to gather experience. One of his highlights was to play at Phonodrome / HH as a support act for Stewart Walker in 1999. The photo attached showed Radanović during a show on “Tante Hedi´s TanzKaffee” which was occasionally given on a boat called “Tante Hedi” on the river Elbe in HH as a supporting act for Marcus Carp (Fusion). Radanović preferred to stay in the background as an artist. Nevertheless, he locally became famous establishing two party- concepts which both lasted a few years: “Pearls per minute (PPM)” and “ELeKtrOlüT”. Although rather influenced by psychedelic trance in the beginning of his career, Radanović was very impressed by the much slower tunes he heard during a Kompakt-party on a visit in Cologne around 2000. Overall, the elements of Radanović`s first choice tracks need to fulfill one important and (forever) challenging principle: to get people to dance and simultaneously make this same moment a precious one.
