Igor, who graduated university as a programmer, began his media experiments in 2004, when he took a great interest in visual media programming environments, such as Max/MSP and began to develop his own interactive applications, MIDI generating programs and sound tools.
In 2007 Igor started to work as film soundFX designer and later, in 2008, he decided to start his music project (which he named Phoiod ), which was oriented on algorithmic minimal techno and IDM with heavily using of Max/MSP.
Three month later, he was already signed on Momentum label (which is running by Alex Bau) and since then he is constantly releasing his music on vinyl. In 2009 he was signed by vinyl labels such Multi Vitamins, Schatten, Tracer and etc. His music was playing by: Alex Bau, Luciano, Someone Else, Matt Star, Pascal Feos and etc. His style can be described as a dark and atmospheric minimal techno with lots of FXs and constantly evolving patterns.
