Who/what the f*ck are THE DISKOKAINES ?

What happens when a fabulously hot Robette and her Robot crash with their spacedisco U.F.O. in the middle of NYC to record a pervert spaced-out poppy disco track called "Lick The Alphabet"?
Well, a lot that we can't, ahem, mention.You know, dirty stuff. But anyway, it was the birth of "The Diskokaines"!

“The Diskokaines” are the New York-via.Sicily-girl Concetta (aka Princess Superstar/!k7)and the Viennese boy Wolfram (aka marfloW).
In the last few month they recorded several tracks in New York, Miami, London, Mallorca, Vienna and Berlin.
Their first delicious single will to be released on the Label "Diskokaine" on the 21st of July 2005, in the 21st Century.

After listening to their music there is no doubt that Wolfram and Concetta got Italian blood in their veins and what's more-their Italian friends Microtholo gave it a real chianti flavour and Patricio Pulsingero mastered their record in his cosmic state-of-the-art feedback studio.

They also got lots of other nasty versions in the pipeline(for example an “In Flagranti”(codek/nyc) Licker) and furthermore they start their tour in Vienna on the 21st of July with a Record Cover Art Exhibition with some of the most fabulous artists in Austria.

Q: Diskokaines`, “Lick The Alphabet,” is great. How did you come to work with Wolfram?

PS: He tied me up and forced me to sing on his track. I was trapped in a basement for 4 days, and he would only let me listen to Italo-disco and eat Viennese sausages. That`s what came out!!!

Q: What else can we expect from The Diskokaines besides “Lick The Alphabet”? Is there a full length in the works?

PS: You never know. We may go to a private island in the Balkans with a 303 and some vintage Armani sunglasses and return with a double disk.....
