In the beginning of the 90s he had already become a thueringer and it was then when he started to get enthusiastic about the unbelievable spectrum of electronical music.
In the year 2000 he started his career as a DJ. After long excursions throughout the different styles such as acid, techno, house, drum&bass and jungle he starts to engage with music more active. He soon realizes which direction interrests him most. Attracted by minimal techno he ardously serves sweaty dancefloors. His first gig´s in the berlin underground quickly emerged to the surface and it did not take long until he played in the most well-known clubs of berlin such as: Watergate, Beatstreat, WMF, Tresor/Globus, Polar TV, Arena - Berlin, MS Hoppetosse, Taucher, Big Eden, Kino, International, Casino, Maria, Heeresbäckerei, Skala Kino, H2O, Kinzo, Boetzow Brauerei, Zentral, Pavillon, Golden Gate, Maschinenhaus, Sky Club, Prinz Klub (Magdeburg), Wasserturm (Eisenberg), Predigerkeller (Erfurt), Presseclub (Erfurt), Papierfabrik (Neubrandenburg), Melt! Festival (Ferropolis), Arm (kassel), Lustro (Warschau)
In December 2004 he founded, together with Tobias Hagelstein, Rejne Rittel and Tanna Enderlein the booking agency MIND THE CRAP. Since 2005 Empro is one of the residents of the famous BAR25 where he had DJ marathons such as 15 hours for which the BAR25 is known for. Besides that he initiates different events in and around Berlin such as the BETRIEBSFEIER, HOME SWEET HOME or the Melt afterhour SLEEPLESS FLOOR. Show less
