El Condorsito - Reggae - DJ Sets

The reggae singer Condorsito, originally coming from Poland and Chile and now living in Austria, has been touring with the Viennese sound system Bassrunner as MC and DJ since 1999. It was also with Bassrunner that Condorsito first made a name for himself.

It was also with Bassrunner that Condorsito first made a name for himself.

Apart from monthly events like the Irie Warrior or Boomblast, featuring special acts by national and international artists on a regular basis, Bassrunner and Condorsito also made various appearances at renowned festivals such as the Italian Rototom , the Exit Festival Novi-Sad or the Hungarian Sziget festival.

The year 2002 did not only bring about the highly prolific collaboration between Condorsito and the band House of Riddim, but also saw the production of the single Angelito by Condorsito and the said band. In the same year, also tunes like Pórque or Burning - a co-operation with the Jamaican singer Taffari - were produced. Moreover, Condorsito also contributed the track No más to the House of Riddim album Chapter II and the tune Mis deseos to the successful Bassrunner Tragedy Selection.

After having spent a couple of months in Berlin and having worked closely with various producers well-known in the German Reggae scene, Condorsito co-operated with labels such as Germaican Records or MkZwo.

There is nothing left to mention, apart from saying that reggae moves in mysterious ways and that the number of riddims is immeasurable! Loads of tunes by Condorsito are still to follow! Jah Bless! Show less
