Biography:
DL-E became infected by electronic music in the early 90's. He was always fascinated by music in general and he was usually supported by his parents in childhood and they bought an e-piano for christmas. DL-E never likes to be restricted in his style and creativity. He is open-minded and already played with several pro audio applications and was impressed by the results he got out of this. Some years later the time had come to buy a DJ booth with turntables, headphones and a mixer. Since that moment forward Peter has been active in the electronic music scene and is continusly improving his skills and most important his unique style.
In 2006 Peter started his own internet radio show called "Heaven to Hell" under his pseudo DL-E on Absolute-Technoise.com. The show is basically dedicated to the harder styles of techno. During the two year existence of Heaven to Hell, Peter already featured the masterminds of (hard)techno like Greg Notill, Torsten Kanzler, HardtraX and Marco Remus and many more and he is still constantly trying to improve the line-up and shows for his faithful listeners all around the world. In the beginning of 2008 Peter started up a new project called "Groovadelic" together with DJ Mita [Concrete DJz]. It is a new kind of radio show also hosted on Absolute Technoise Radio which presents the best and prolific artists of the international darktechno scene. Peter does not like to be restricted in a particular style and you can never really be sure what you can expect of him. He is mostly mixing unreleased tracks by unknown or famous producers because he wants to be different and next to this Peter is not a fan of commercial and everywhere heard tracks. These things make his sets unique and his fans are loving it, always being curious to hear his sets.
Since the beginning of 2008 he is moderating some sub-forum on the USB (Hardtechno-Family) and is responsible to host and do the USB Mixsession. Due to a personal lack of time DL-E deciced to resign as an adminstrator on www.poundingtechno.com to focus his energy in his own works and education. Show less
